Electrolux Oven Fan Not Working — How To Fix
Below talk about the two reasons your Electrolux oven fan won’t work and what to do about them.
1. Fan Motor
If your Electrolux oven convection fan won’t work, the motor is probably faulty. Below, we have listed the steps you need to follow in order to replace the fan motor in an Electrolux oven…
Step 1: Pull the oven away from the wall.
Step 2: Unplug the oven’s power cord from the outlet.
Step 3: Using a quarter inch nut driver, take out the screws which hold the upper and lower back panels of the oven in place.
Step 4: Lift the panels off and set them aside.
Step 5: Disconnect the wires connected to the fan motor.
Step 6: Open the door of the oven.
Step 7: Flip the locks on the door hinges.
Step 8: Close the door till it can’t go any further.
Step 9: Lift the door off and set it aside on a cloth lined surface.
Step 10: Slide out the oven racks and set them aside.
Step 11: Using a Philips head screwdriver, remove the screws which hold the oven’s fan blade cover in place.
Step 12: Using an adjustable wrench, take out the nut which holds the fan blade in place.
Step 13: Remove the fan blade.
Step 14: Take out the screws which hold the fan motor in place.
Step 15: Get a new Electrolux oven fan motor.
Step 16: Secure it to the oven with the screws.
Step 17: Reconnect the wires to the fan motor.
Step 18: Reposition the upper and lower back panels of the oven.
Step 19: Hold the panels in place with the screws.
Step 20: Slide the fan blade back onto the motor shaft.
Step 21: Secure the fan blade with the nut.
Step 22: Reposition the fan cover and hold it in place with the screws.
Step 23: Slide the racks back into the oven.
Step 24: Lift the oven door and insert the hinges into the slots in the sides of the oven.
Step 25: Open the door fully and flip the hinge locks back.
Step 26: Shut the oven door.
Step 27: Plug the oven’s power cord back in.
Step 28: Push the oven back to the wall.

2. Control Board
If your Electrolux oven fan still doesn’t work after replacing the motor, the control board may be faulty. The control board sends voltage to the fan motor. So, if the board fails, it won’t send voltage to the fan motor.

If your Electrolux oven cooling fan stays on, the motor is probably faulty. If the motor begins to fail, it could cause it to keep running. Do not try replacing the cooling fan yourself if you aren’t experienced with electrical appliances. Instead, contact a technician to do this job.
How To Replace Electrolux Fan Oven Element
Follow these steps to replace your Electrolux fan oven element…
Step 1: Locate the oven’s circuit breaker and switch it off.
Step 2: Open the oven door and remove the racks.
Step 3: Take out the screws which hold the oven interior’s back panel in place.
Step 4: Set the panel aside.
Step 5: Take out the screws which hold the element in place.
Step 6: Pull the element forward and disconnect the wires connected to the terminals.
Step 7: Get a new element and connect the wires to it.
Step 8: Secure the element to the oven with the screws.
Step 9: Return the oven’s back panel and the screws which secure it.
Step 10: Slide the racks back into the oven.
Step 11: Close the oven door.
